Annual General Meeting 2026
We will be holding our next Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 17 March 2025 at 19:00 at Hayes & Harlington Community Association, Albert Rd, Hayes UB3 4HR or online via Zoom (details will be available in the e-invitation sent out to members). Light refreshments will be provided for those attending in person.
Enter our Prize Draw
As a thank you for joining, everyone who attends – whether online or in person – will be entered into a prize draw* to win £20, paid straight into your M for Money Credit Union savings account. *Terms and conditions apply.
To be entered into the prize draw, please complete our short registration form by 16 March 2026.
Agenda
1. Confirmation that the meeting is quorate (15).
2. Chair welcomes members to the meeting.
3. Minutes of the previous AGM March 2025.
4. Reports
a) Chair reports on the Board of Directors activity.
b) Treasurer presents the Auditors Report for approval.
5. Application of surplus and proposal of dividend.
6. Election of Board.
7. Appointment of auditors.
8. Consideration of motions.
9. Chair closes the meeting.

AGM Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
- Entry is open to attendees of the M for Money Credit Union AGM on 17 March 2026, whether attending online or in person.
- To enter the prize draw, attendees need to complete the registration form.
- Entrants must be current members of M for Money Credit Union and aged 18 or over.
- Entry is limited to one per individual.
- One winner will be selected at random using an online prize draw generator.
- The prize is £20 paid directly into the winner’s M for Money Credit Union savings account. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the AGM and must respond within 14 days to accept the prize.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made, a new winner may be selected.
- By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- M for Money Credit Union reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
- The decision of M for Money Credit Union in all matters relating to the prize draw is final.
