Target:
• To increase credit union membership in each of the three hospital Trusts i.e. Frimley/Wexham Park; Hillingdon Hospital and Northwick Park Hospital
• To improve the profile of the credit union in the three Trusts
• To increase lending to the membership in the three Trusts
Activity:
Identify and document the contacts in these areas of the Trusts:
• Staff newsletters soft or hard copies
• Presence in staff restaurants/rest areas
• Noticeboards
• Trades union representatives
• Communications teams
• Develop employee representatives/contacts
• Follow up contact with all new M4M members from the Trusts
Medium
• Member emails
• Articles for newsletters
• Restaurant pop-ups
• One to one dialogue by telephone or email
The successful applicant will be:
• Literate and numerate
• Confident with IT and social media
• Target driven
• Committed to cooperative ethics
• Able to work unsociable hours occasionally
• Articulate in small groups
Qualifications and experience
• Degree
• HND/C
• Or equivalents
Hours of work
Three days a week – 24 hours total to suit
Three weeks paid holiday
Remuneration
£16 an hour
Plus for every new member, we will pay a bonus of £20

Contract length
Up to one year however there is scope for an extension if the candidate meets the targets.
